Jane Fisher, Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Dementia Practitioner, is co-owner of Oasis Senior Advisors of Central CT. Oasis provides personalized services for older adults who are seeking senior living options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and transition care. Jane has an undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration from Quinnipiac College. Following a career as a retirement community administrator and nursing home administrator, Jane received a Master’s Degree in Library & Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the City University of New York. She worked in public libraries, including multiple positions at the New York Public Library, and from 2013-2023 she served as the Director of the Wallingford (CT) Public Library. Jane is a member of the Wallingford Rotary Club and was its President from 2020-2021. Throughout her career, she has served on many boards and committees and is an active volunteer in her community.
