Heather understands the challenges and fears families face when making the decision to transition a loved one to a new home. She takes a “care management” approach to finding the right fit for her elderly clients by touring facilities with them, following up with the families, and making sure they are happy with her recommendations. Heather is very active in the local senior community and is an advocate for those in the latter stages of their life.
